2. What data we collect

Booking requests (calendar form): arrival and departure date, number of adults and children, whether you arrive by car, bring a pet or need a baby cot, name, email, phone and your message.
Contact form: name, email, phone, subject and message.
Guests staying at the villa: identity data required by Croatian law for guest registration (eVisitor).
Technical data: IP address and browser data needed to run the website securely, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your request and prepare an offer – steps before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To carry out your stay and the services you book – performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Guest registration and tax records – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Website security and protection against spam – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics or marketing cookies – only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell your data. It may be processed on our behalf by our hosting provider, our email service provider and, if you book through them, by booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com) or partner agencies. Guest registration data is submitted to the Croatian eVisitor system as required by law. Some service providers may process data outside the EU; in that case appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) apply.

5. How long we keep it

Requests that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months.
Booking and invoicing data: as long as required by Croatian accounting and tax law.
Guest registration data: for the period required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, write to villaletini.luxury@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.
